Who is Natalia Kowalski?

Just a young polish girl who's waiting to be discovered hah. No seriously, I'm a singer for the band Vicious Alliance as well as a keyboard player and band's graphic designer.


How did you discover you could actually sing?

I honestly never believed I knew how to sing. I remember as a young kid I'd always love to sing, but not like anyone ever complimented me on it. I took about 3 singing lessons at the age or 12 or so and quit after about a week. I think Elijah was actually the first person who asked me to sing for him and told me that I was good in it. Since we started performing I got a lot of good feedback from people. It's always nice to hear that I have a nice voice. People think it's "unique".

If you could take 3 albums to a deserted island, which would it be?

Oh wow, let me think. Viscera by God Module, All That Could Have Been by Nine Inch Nails and Confessions on the dance floor by Madonna. Is this too strange of a mix?


As a kid, what did you want to become when you were grown up?

Let's see: the dentist, rock star, art teacher, pet doctor...at one point i wanted to be an FBI agent, I think I'd still love to do that.


What is your worst nightmare?

To be honest, death is my biggest fear.


What are your goals in life and how are you gonna achieve them?

The main one right now is to finish college. I really wanna achieve my degree within 2 more years. Besides that I want to finally get a well payed job as a graphic designer, get my own place and maybe raise a family. The time will show.


How do you prepare yourself for a live concert?

I take a day off from work haha. I spent about 4 hours to put my dread extensions in, i practice the same day i perform. I also need to make sure that my wardrobe and make up idea is prepared at least 4 days before the performance. I also try to relax for few days cause I know that as soon as i get to the venue, I will not be calm anymore. Always so much stuff to prepare and plug together...I'm not an electrician you know haha.


What is the strangest thing someone ever asked you?

"Will your boyfriend mind if I take you out on a date?".

What is the most romantic thing ever happened to you?

I thought romance died already?


Everyone has an addiction, shopping, smoking, chocolate and so on. What is yours?

I am, and always have been, addicted to make-up. Not only I love it so much that i have a whole stack, but I don't ever go out without putting it on. Natural beauty has never worked for me.


How does your ideal day, the ultimate Natalia day looks like?

Hmmm...Having an all day marathon of The Office and House.


Any last words for the readers?

I just wanted to say that I always appreciate all the comments people leave me and all the support I get from my loved ones and my fans. I am hoping that you will all love what I do for as long as I do it. And if there is something you absolutely love to do but dont get any feedback, do not give up, cause you should be believing in yourself before anyone else.
