Most people in music grew up in a family with lots of music. When you were young, what did you listen to alot??
When I was really young I listened to a lot of classical because that is what my father likes. He is a classical guitarist and so I grew up with that and actually he still plays and on occasion gives a concert.
Do you still listen to that?
I don’t really listen to that kind of music on my own but sometimes I will hear my dad play or attend a concert of someone he knows in that genre.
Who was your first idol?
Hmm I don’t really remember but I’m sure it was probably someone really silly. At the moment I admire my parents because I realize now how much they sacrificed for their children.
When you’re a child you are not able to see that.
When you were a little girl, what would you liked to be when you were a grown up?
I always wanted to be a singer…or actually to be exact a “Star.” I had a book that had sections for each grade starting with kindergarten.
In each section you would write certain information and answer questions. One of the questions was “What do you want to be when you grow up?” and I always answered a “Star” when I was a little girl.
As I got older I sometimes wrote teacher and even once wanted to be a dentist,
but being a singer was something that I always dreamed of.
What was/is your biggest dream and did you achieve it? If not how will you achieve it?
My biggest dream I have not completely accomplished yet.
I want to be a successful singer, musician, performer, etc.
What does successful mean?
That all depends on who you are asking, but for me I have not reached that point.
What is your biggest fear?
The people I love dying.
I talk a lot when I’m nervous and sometimes I eat too. Those things don’t really help to calm me down so I sometimes drink some herbal tea and just try to calm myself down from the inside. It all depends what I’m nervous about. If it’s an irrational fear then that is harder to control.
What was your most favorite pick up line??
Are you a model? Come on now, give me a break!
Do you have male groupies??
I would have to say yes…but I think male groupies are much different from female groupies. From my experience men try harder to be respectful and not cross that line where what they say can be perceived as offensive and/or stalkerish. That’s not really a word but you get the meaning.
What is the difference between the miami sunset and the berlin sunset?
First off let me start by saying that both cities are completely different, night and day, black and white. And let me also say that I LOVE Berlin, but Miami does win when it comes to sunsets. Miami is famous for them.
Are Sonny and Tubs still alive in Miami??
NO, not at all and not for a long time now!
You love to bake. What's your fav. to bake??
That’s a hard question because picking just one is impossible so I will give you a list instead. I love baking cookies, brownies, pies, cakes…oh man that’s almost everything isn’t it? In the cookie category I love sugar cookies and oatmeal cookies. As for brownies I like chocolate fudge with walnuts and blondies too.
In the pie category I would have to say, pumpkin, apple and pecan.
As for cakes, I like carrot and banana rum.
But in reality there are so many that I like.
What your fav scent in candles?
Haa this one matches the question before. I like vanilla and sugar cookie candles. But I also scents that are musky, fruity and spicy.
Why is Nicole Kidman so cool??
Well, besides the fact that she’s beautiful, (and not in the typical way),
a great actress and very daring yet classy at the same time…
she really impressed me in Moulin Rouge with her dramatic acting,
humor and the fact that she did all the singing in the movie!
I just think overall she is just a cool and classy lady.
